General Guidelines to Preparing Graphics for Pop Up Display, Modular Displays and other Trade Show Displays. Link to the appropriate template files will be sent to you after placing an order.
I. Create all layouts as a single document. Even though our graphic designers may break up the image into separate panel, we need the graphics in a single file.
II. Please send us a low resolution JPEG or PDF for proofing
III. Use following software for preparing graphics: Adobe Photoshop 6 or 7; Adobe Illustrator 8, 9 or 10; Adobe Creative Suite (CS 3, 4, 5, 5.5 or 6)
IV. All files should be at a 100% (full size) in CMYK mode. Images must have a resolution of 125-150 dpi or half size at 250-300 dpi.
V. The half size graphics must be in proportion of full size art board. A 40x100 graphic at half size willbe 20x50
VI. Rasterize font layer then save as a flattened tiff file with LZW compression, an option which appears at time of saving the file.
VII. The Adobe Illustrator files must be in CMYK mode with all text converted into outlines.
* Please note the pedestals and case covers for pop up displays need separate graphic files.
